This website is dedicated to helping local families affected by prematurity.  The site was created as a result of our personal journey and experience of the very early birth of our son, Nathan.  We came to realize that Mom and Dad's needed a resource to help with the every day life changes of those born too early and too small.

The website is your resource for tips, support, and information dedicated to premature babies including our annual fundraising events - Swing it Forward! - Golf Outing, Riding for Babies, Scholarship Program and the Prematurity Awareness Campaign - which continue to enhance the lives of those families touched by prematurity with our Grant Giving Program.  We have also continued to provide funding earmarked towards prematurity research.

We want to thank our corporate and individual donors and friends for all of your support in attending our events, as well as for continually sharing your thoughts of good wishes and suggestions which enable us to better serve the local community.  Together, we can make a difference in the lives of premature children and their families.

We look forward to years of continued success and giving back to the community.

As 2023 draws to a close, we would like to wish everyone all the magic of the season. Our thoughts turn gratefully to those who have made the Nathan C. Splant Foundation possible. As we have continued to enhance the lives of those affected by prematurity with our Grant Giving Program, Special Event fundraisers, Helping Hands for Preemies Campaign, Scholarship program and Swing it Forward - Golf Outing. We want to express our gratitude and recognize the hard work and dedication of our corporate and individual donors including our growing circle of support. And special thanks to all our volunteers as well as those continuously and selflessly supporting the Foundation. We are grateful to those who have and continue to make the Nathan C.
